What is the difference between the two lasts?
The main difference lies in the measurements of width and instep volume, since the length measurements are the same for both lasts.
- LAST BIG: A last for medium and narrow feet.

LAST BIG+: A last for medium and wide feet.
Below you can see the difference in insole width and instep volume in the last. Important note to know which last you need when measuring your foot: our footwear offers more width than the insole, up to 5-7mm. The leather is very soft and the Vibram sole allows the shoe to expand when you wear it and fit your foot like a glove.
Easy example:

If you need a size 37 in length and your foot measures 9cm wide, even if the size chart shows a width of 8.6cm and your foot is 4mm wider than the insole, I recommend the BIG last because, as mentioned above, the shoe provides 5-7mm more width than the insole. With the BIG+ last, a size 37 foot with 9cm width and an insole of 9.6cm might feel too wide, especially if it's your first time using barefoot.
