In our store, we offer the first exchange free of charge. Both exchanges and returns are quick and easy. We always strive to provide the best solution for every situation. If the size you chose isn't right, you can request an exchange within 20 days of receiving your order. You can see the terms and conditions below in the Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns section.

Pre-ordering means purchasing a product before it's available in stock for immediate shipment. In other words, you're guaranteeing the model and size you want in advance, before we manufacture it, and you're also helping us to have a much more sustainable production process, without excess stock. You can check the delivery times for each specific pre-order; we announce them all in advance on our website. You can consult our calendar so you don't miss anything.

Your pre-order purchase of barefoot shoes is processed in the same way as an in-stock order with immediate shipping. Payment is made at the time of purchase, just like any online order. Your order is registered and reserved exclusively for you . At this point, we put your order into production. You can check the status of your pre-order in your account or by contacting our team.

For each pre-order product, we indicate an estimated shipping date . This date may be subject to change due to logistical or production factors, but we will keep you informed by email of any updates.

Our exchange, return and warranty policy is the same for a pre-order as for an in-stock order.

To clean your barefoot shoes , use a damp cloth or soft brush (preferably with natural bristles), mild soap, and warm water. Remove the insoles and clean the shoes and insoles separately in the same way.

After cleaning your barefoot shoes, let them air dry at room temperature. Do not expose them to direct heat sources such as dryers, radiators, or intense sunlight. If you do dry them outdoors, always keep them in the shade.

Store your SHUU barefoot shoes in a cool, dry place. Avoid leaving them in sealed bags for extended periods, as moisture can encourage mold or unpleasant odors.

Shipping to mainland Spain is €5, and shipping is free for orders of €115 or more. The shipping cost will depend on the delivery location and is always the customer's responsibility; this cost will be calculated in your shopping cart.

Of course! Your first size or style exchange is FREE. You can always exchange the size or style of your order if it doesn't fit properly when you receive it. Contact us at hola@shuubarefoot.com with your order reference so we can process your exchange request. You have 20 calendar days from the delivery date to make an exchange.

IMPORTANT: Changes under the following conditions are possible in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal.
We cannot process returns via our courier service to the Canary Islands, Melilla, Ceuta, Europe, or international destinations . Returns to these areas will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

How are size exchanges handled? We'll send a combined shipment with the return, meaning a single shipment containing the new product. The same carrier will deliver the new size or model and pick up the item you're returning at the same time. You'll receive a delivery confirmation email from CTT regarding your exchange request, along with a label to attach to the package containing the returned item.

The product must be returned in perfect condition in its original box* and well wrapped and protected to prevent damage during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend wrapping it in protective material.

*All returns we receive with the box unwrapped and with the shipping label stuck on top of the box, or the box contains tape, is painted or written on... that is, when we receive a box that we cannot reuse due to misuse by the customer in shipping, the cost of the box will be charged at the time of making the refund, since we will have to throw that box away.

You can return your order within 20 calendar days of delivery. Please contact us at hola@shuubarefoot.com with your order reference so we can arrange for its return. The product must be returned in perfect condition in its original box, which should be securely wrapped to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using protective packaging.

We do not accept returns of products that have been misused. We do not accept returns of custom orders. *All returns received with the box unwrapped and with the shipping label stuck on top of the box, or the box containing tape, paint, or writing... in other words, when we receive a box that we cannot reuse due to misuse by the customer during shipping, the cost of the box will be charged at the time of the refund, since we will have to discard that box.

How do I get a refund? Once we receive the returned product, we will check that the shoes are in perfect condition and issue a refund to the same card used for the purchase.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs? Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer. We will collect the package from your address via CTT EXPRESS, or you can drop it off at a collection point. This service costs €8 (returns within mainland Spain and Portugal) , which will be deducted from your total order refund. For returns to the Balearic Islands, the handling fee will be calculated based on the size of the package being returned.

If your shoe arrived damaged, please email us at hola@shuubarefoot.com with your order reference number, a description of the problem, and photos clearly showing the issue. We will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
